The atmosphere in this ancient Italian village is just superb. I loved the historical feel of the old town and the beautiful pool area was just perfect for a relaxed day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home as soon as I arrived. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and modern, and there was easy parking available, which is incredibly convenient.
Nothing all excellent.

Great value and a number of extras thrown in - such as mini bar and aperitifs on Saturday. Free concert and fairs at the weekend. Restaurants were not cheap but food was good and the view from the meat restaurant was stunning. Although it does not look like it on the map - very convenient for Urbino
Check in was not as advertised 12 - more like 4pm and when full the hotel was noisy

Fabulous place with an unbelievable setting!! Just like taking a trip back through time. We had a great time and the food at the restaurants was fantastic. We must have drunk about 14 bottles of the red wine made by one of the staff at the Osteria Dell' Accademia. We have nothing but positive recommendations for this beautiful place!

During our Easter break, we enjoyed the beautiful surrounding hills and the old charm of the village. We were really impressed by the incredible breakfast offered at the hotel. It had a varied choice of delicious options that catered to all our tastes. the hotel was located not far from the sea and offered great views. It was fantastic to have a pool to relax in after sightseeing.
We found the rooms dimly lit and quite cramped. the standard of cleanliness was also lacking, and our room was very dusty.

Staying in a medieval castle perched on top of a hill was quite an experience. the breathtaking views from the modern conference centre's windows were amazing. the room was large and comfortable, and the service was generally friendly and attentive. Breakfast was quite varied with plenty of options. the swimming pool was clean, and the pizzeria served reasonably priced meals.
The CRT television in the room needed upgrading.

Our room was very nice. Lots of space and very comfortable and clean. Beautiful views of the countryside. Breakfast was included and was excellent!
Restaurants inside the walls are expensive and short staffed. Better to eat at some of the local pizzerias near by.

The view from the pool was absolutely breathtaking and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Silvia, in particular, gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond to assist us. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I appreciated the easy parking and access, making it convenient to come and go as I pleased. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience.

The Castle had everything that we needed and more. There was a festival going on the night we stayed(which was a bonus). Loved it!

The location of this hotel is breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery. The spacious room we had was comfortable with lovely views of the mountains. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast every morning with a great variety of food. There are also many local areas to visit during the day.
the quality of the restaurants within the hotel was not as expected. The limited menus and poor presentation of the food was less than ideal.

The view from the castle itself, not the hotel, is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Our teenage son made up for us being over-charged for the castle room we DIDN'T get. Seriously, the best breakfast we had in three weeks: eggs, bacon , yogurt: protein!
Be aware: if you do not stay in the castle itself, you will be shown to the annex. A boring, tasteless room bordering a parking lot. Had we not driven significant hours to "relax" in this beautiful estate, we would have left. We also thought we would have a kitchenette, we had a mini-bar. There are some decent restaurants; one with a lovely view and the best food. There is a gym of sorts. My husband and I were always the only one in there, but be aware there is a charge, and weren't told until we got our bill. You are too far out to do much exploring. The signage in the area is awful. It took us an extra 1.5 hours to find the place, with a map, not navigation. Nothing really points out how to get Montegridolfo. The pool is small, crowded and in need of cleaning. Other than a great breakfast, keep going.
